Welcome to the Houston Value Pricing web site at the Texas Transportation Institute (TTI). This site highlights the value pricing project that TTI conducted for the Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County (METRO), the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) and Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) on the High Occupancy Toll (HOT) lanes that included the Katy and Northwest Freeways.

This project is complete. The final report can be viewed on the Reports page.
